Imagine living in a world where a hostile country had control of Weapons of Mass destruction. Think about what would happen if a Nuclear Missile were to land in the City of Atlanta. First the bomb would expload vaporizeing everything within a 1-5 Km radius, causing temperatures to soar reaching 300 million degrees celsius. Even living in the Suburbs, like most of you do, it wouold not be safe because if you were not destroyed by the heat, the extreme pressure would more than likely pop your lungs. If you didn't die by these means, there are many more that are just as real, and just as dangerous. Millions of people you know, you would never see again, if you survived. Even though this information is only guestimates by the BBC about what might happen, nobody can be really sure; things could be better or worse. but one thing would be the same: the kind of fear you might be feeling right now, is the kind of fear the United States would live in if Iran built a Nuclear missile.
As many of have read or heard Iran has resumed it's development of Uranium in order to build a Nuclear Warhead or Bomb. As a matter of fact, the EU has declared talks with Iran "at a dead end". Of course the United States has backed Britain and the EU in going to the UN for sanctions, or " measures not involving the use of armed force in order to maintain or restore international peace and security", against Iran. However, Iran has shown that they could care less about any sanctions, they are going to keep building Nukes. According to BBC news, Iran broke the UN seals that were on 3 of their nuke facilities as well as beginning to pull all of their assets (about $50 Billion) out of Europe. With this kind of action, Iran is ensuring the fact that if they get sanctioned, they will not lose anything. However I am not sure if sanctions could go that far, since the U.K Observer is reporting that Iran is bribing India, China and Russia with economic incentives.
If Iran were able to build a Nuke; their agenda, as stated by their president, Mamoud Ahmadinejad, is a call for Israel to be "wiped off the map". Israel's existence would be threatened with a Nuclear Iran, not only because of the previous quotation, but because of the extreme hatred the Muslim community feels towards non Muslim nations. In other words, Israel is a Light in a dark place. This fact would also put a large, nuclear target on the United States back, as well as our troops, who are in easy range of a Shahab-3 missile, which can strike a target 1,300 miles away from launch. Another misfortune of having a Nuclear Iran would be that terrorist groups like Al-Quieda would have access to Nuclear weapons.
In light of what has been previously stated, Iran needs to be dealt with like a rebellious child; with a whipping. Whether that whipping is Physical or economical is up to Iran. Either way, we the people of the United States need to stand up, first for Freedom and Justice throughout the world and Second, not only for the protection of our troops in Iraq, but also for the Protection of the State of Israel and her people; Gods chosen people. Our Job as citizens and my charge to you, is to find out who your Federal Representative is and write him or her encouraging them to support Israel and Great Britain as well as action against Iran. The NSA "Scandal"?

I am sure all of you have heard about the so called (mostly by Liberals and Democrats) NSA "scandal". If you have not, there is bound to be a headline about it on the right side-bar of this page. Why would any major news organization run this story if they found out about this? Are they stupid enough to believe that just because they found out about it, that everyone has a right to now about it? I hope not. But then again, they might be. I personally am OK if George Bush himself is listening in on my phone conversations trying to look for terrorists, because I know I don't have anything to hide. I'm not a terrorist and I have no connections to terrorist organizations. Yes Americans have a right to privacy, but the President also has a power, granted to him by the United States Constitution, ratified in all 50 states by Representatives of We the People that gives him the power to "but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized" (United States Constitution, Amendment IV.) We have probable cause that Terrorists are communicating with other terrorists outside this country. They are probably not doing so any more because they now know that their conversations are being tapped (which has to be a violation a terrorist's rights!). Even if the FISA courts would have been willing to give Pres. Bush a warrant, he did not need it!

One of the most interesting things I have heard regarding this subject came from a caller on the Sean Hannity Radio Show who said something along the lines of "So far the democrats have told us how we can celebrate Christmas and what we can learn in schools and now all of the sudden they are worried about our rights?" They are not worried about our rights or morals. When I see Ted Kennedy grilling Sam Alito on morals in the Senate, I want to puke! This is the same guy that drove his girlfriend into a river and waited till he had a good cover storey to report it! If that does not convince you, go listen to one of the Rev. Al Gore's sermons! He thinks the President has infringed upon the rights of Americans, when in reality the Clinton Administration (which Gore was Vice President of) was doing the wiretapping as well! My closing thought is this: Terrorists want to kill us, they do not care how they do it because (and you can read it in the Quaran) they believe that we are lower than Dogs. Intern, the President must do everything in his power to protect us.

Eminent Domain

Picture yourself waking up one morning in your family's home, the same home your family has lived in ever since you were born, to find your parents staring at an eviction notice telling them that your house is going to be taken by the government and used to build a new Target, a Costco, condominiums, a limousine parking lot. "But we have lived here for 14 years, they can't do that!" you might think, when in reality, worse cases can be found. A 70-year-old widow being shoved out of her home in New Jersey, where she could not afford to live without the house that she grew up in, that her and her husband spent their last years together, even if the government paid her what her house was worth. With over 10,000 cases of what the government calls "Eminent Domain" taking place between the years 1998 to 2002 in over a dozen states, American citizens need to take action against one of the greatest injustices that could be done to our Citizens and their rights; taking away the right to private property.

In the United States Constitution, Amendment 5 it states that "Nor [shall any citizen] be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." having examined these cases myself, None of these cases have had any due process, nor have they been compensated, as a matter of fact, they are not even being used for the public. However, do you think that the public will use a limousine parking lot that is for customers of Donald Trump?

Aside from what has already been stated, the right to private property is important in another way. Without the right to private property, the government essentially owns everything. You don't own anything. Which means, what you do have the government can take away. This is communism. If the government has the right and power to take what you have, you don't have any rights at all, because you are dependent on the government for everything, and you can't do anything by yourself; you have to have the governments permission. That is wrong. And that is also what is going to happen if two things occur: 1) The government continues to take private property and diminish other rights in the act. 2) If the people who are supposed to run the government (the citizens of the united states) do continue to sit back and watch a group of politicians take over what we have enjoyed for nearly 250 years.

With that said, the fact that the state of Georgia is by far the toughest on the use of Eminent Domain and is even now working on legislation that will tighten those laws is no cause for relaxation. In nearby Stockbridge, longtime land owners are losing their so the government can given it to a private developer to build a new downtown that will generate more tax dollars for them. If you don't believe this is something that needs to be stopped,wait until some devolper comes along with a plan to boost the amount of money your local government makes that involves tearing down your property. So the reletive safty we feel now should not be an excuse for you to continue to take a back seat in this government. We need to work to get Federal legislation on the table, and nothing short of that should be the ultimate goal, and in order to achieve that goal the national eye needs to be turned on to this issue; before another person has to endure the hardship of governmental fraud.

Say no to war, Start a Crusade!

The War on Terror is really much more than a war between multiple countries. It is a war between two ideas, two lifestyles; two Religions. Some of you may laugh when you here about these terrorists declearing jihad, or holy war, against the United States, but they are right. This is another Crusade between Christianity and Islam. If you take a close look at the crusades as a whole, it is a battle for Jarusalem, the Central City for both Christians and Moslems. That is one of the reasons the Isreal is hated so much, it has Jarusalem.

When Mohammed was starting to build up a following, he spoke much of world domination which would later be carried out. The riots in France are a great example that exposes the Muslims and their plot to take over the world in this century, just like they did in the time of Mohamed. You see, History repeats itself if the conflict is not dealt with in the present, like a generational curse. The Crusaders liberated Jerusalem and went home, just like the U.S liberated Kuwait and went home. Now we are back in Iraq, we are fighting the Moslems again, that is why this Crusade needs to be carried out, it is the only way to defeat these people, because they are not a country, but a network (coalition) of Moslem, sympathizers and people who are too scared to do ANYTHING! President Bush is starting to, if he does not already, understand that in order to bring these people down you have to eliminate their hiding spots. It is like those games that you play in arcades were you have a mallet and you have to bang the gophers when they pop out of their many holes, except these are not gophers, they are rats and they move much faster than gophers.
Truth be told, I think Pope Urban II knew what had to be done to defeat these people, "The West must march to the defense of the East. All should go, rich and poor alike.. The liberation of Iraq was not about Oil; it was about taking down Saddam and making sure there was one less hole for the rats of Terrorism to jump out of.

Able Danger: What is the Government Hiding?

Folks I am scared. Really scared. The fact that there is even a hint of evidence that we knew about 9/11 is shocking. The fact that the government is going to such lengths to cover this up is enough to wake the dead.

Able Danger is the codename for a top secrete Special Forces operation that took place in 1990's. According to what I know, these guys were in charge of tracking Al Queida world wide. In this operation, five marines uncovered a Al-Queida operatives and some of their plots. One of these was the plot to Bomb the U.S.S Cole. When they learned this, they told the Navy not to send the Cole into the Bay of Yemen. We know that they were telling the truth.

These same operatives uncovered the names of many of the terrorists who were involved in the 9/11 atacks. Most notably the one we now have at Guantanamo Bay, Mohammad Atta. J.D Smith, the defense contractor who worked was in charge of the Tech side of the Operation said "I am absolutely positive that he [Atta] was on our chart among other pictures and ties that we were doing mainly based upon [terror] cells in New York City,"

Most recently, RP. Curt Weldon, of PA, has been lighting a fire under the 9/11 committee, along with the 5 operatives themselves, who have been retired and ordered not to talk to the media by the pentagon.

This is something that needs to be talked up by the people. I encourage you to write your congressman, that is the only way this is going to be reviewed.

Disgust

I am genuinely worried.With Bush's pick of Harriet Miers for the remaining Supreme Court seat, I am becoming more and more disappointed with Bush. I have heard a lot of people weigh in on this, and so far I don't like the odds. If Bush felt he desperately needed a woman on the Supreme Court than he should have picked Janice Rogers Brown. If Bush wants a minority, there are plenty of tested Judges out there. This lady has never been a Judge before. She really does not have many credentials to talk about. at least with Roberts we knew what kind of guy we had, we also wanted to get him as fast as we could. I am not saying Bush just grabbed somebody and nominated him; it is not like Justice Rhenquist died unexpectedly. I guess my overall problem is with Bush for not picking a hardcore republican for this seat. If he would have, the senate Republicans HAVE the majority, meaning: Who ever we pick, we can get it through the senate. That fact alone is what many Republicans, including Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter, have a problem with. Bush did not use the majority we got him, and Republican Majorities in the Senate and House only come along once in a blue moon.

What We Should Know

Over the past few days I have read some very interesting articles about the threat we have to terrorism. According to one article I read, on an average day, over 21,000 pounds of cocaine, heroin, and other drugs are smuggled into this country via ground shipping. If this is true, I would not be hard to smuggle a football size nuclear bomb into this country would it? Although you might be thinking "were are terrorists going to get enough enriched uranium to even start making a nuclear bomb?". Russia. North Korea, Iran. As of 1993 there was enough uranium in a Soviet warehouse outside Moscow to make 20 Nuclear bombs. In 2002 another team of scientists found enough to make 3 Nuces outside Belgrade. The Soviet Union Deployed about 22,000 nuclear weapons in its life. They have not found many of those weapons. Scared yet?

Lets talk Bio-Chem weapons for a short time. In a government simulated disaster, over one million Americans from 25 different states could be killed if a small amount of Smallpox was released in an Oklahoma shopping center. All of this would have taken place in three weeks.

The Question we should all be asking is "Are we doing what it takes to combat this kind of an attack?"

Just Shut Up!

I really wish the American left would think. I know that is probably wishful thinking but oh well. Hurricane Katrina has been making headlines all over the place since it made land fall last week. The problem is "civil rights activists" such as Jesse Jackson are putting the blame on non other than Pres. Bush. That's right, they don't blame the Mayor of New Orleans (a Black Democrat) or the Governor of Louisiana (a fellow democrat) for the bad decisions such as NOT using a large fleet of Public School buses (Enough to evacuate the entire population of the people sent to the superdome AND the convention center in two trips) to evacuate the remains of the City. Instead they wasted all the time and used some of the buses (the rest are now under water having never been used) to bring people to the Superdome which, up until a few days ago, was a lawless area full of trash, human waste, murders and crime that the local law enforcement personnel would not even go into because of the safety risk. They did not even get all of the people into the Superdome, mostly because the people would not leave, in which case they should have been brought out by force. None of this is the President's fault. President Bush does not control the Public School bus fleet of New Orleans. That would be the Mayor's call. The fact that most of New Orleans poor are black does is not the President's fault. The levees had just been repaired prior to this hurricane. President Bush is not in charge of the recovery effort. That would be the Mayor and Governor's role, especially the Governor. What have we heard from the governor lately? Anything? The governor should be the one directing this whole operation, like we have seen Jeb Bush do in the past. FEMA is not in charge of the recovery effort either; aid is being with-held by the Governor so that people will leave the superdome and convention center. Arianna Huffington (who is a jerk) says this about the current blame situation "At the same time the administration is putting Karl Rove's "pin-the-blame-on-the-locals" plan into effect , President Bush told reporters gathered at a cabinet meeting today, "I think that one of the things that people want us to do here is play a blame game. We've got to solve problems. We're problem solvers. There will be ample time for people to figure out what went right and what went wrong. What I'm interested in is helping save lives." She even goes on to disagree with Bill Clinton “Our government failed those people in the beginning," said Bill Clinton. "And I personally believe there should be a serious analysis of it...but I don't think we should do it now. I think that in a few weeks, we should have some sort of Katrina commission. It should be bipartisan, non-partisan, whatever..." Exactly: "Whatever." As in: Who gives a crap, because it will have about the same impact as all these too-long-after-the-fact commissions have -- next to none." If you want to read the rest be careful, you may get sick. The lady is obviously has a logic problem. I am almost done reading Yahoo news as long as it continues to let people like Huffington and Hillary R. Clinton blog for free there.

Grief

The more I read about these "Crusaders" who are camping outside of President Bush's ranch in Texas, the more I wish Bush would just go out there and tell them flat out: Your son/daughter died in Iraq because she believed that freedom is something that must be fought for. (s)he enlisted fully knowing that he might die in the line of duty. It is in the interest of Freedom that he gave his life. I know President Bush is not going to come out and say that because it would just fuel the fire of the Anti-War Crusaders. Their problem is, their crusade is not a just one. Their crusade is selfish. Trying to make the president guilty about sending their sons and daughters off to fight a war that, in their minds, is another "No-Win war".

If you go through and search for Cindy Sheehan on the web you will be able to find a lot of sites and articles that you can read and kind of get into the thoughts of the idea or movement, which is something I try to do when I write posts such as these. In one writing I found of hers she calls the Government "socio-pathic maniacs" and says we need to take back the country from them. I think she is the maniac. She is the epitome of most of the Democratic party. For instance, in her little article, which is linked above, she talks about the Terri Schiavo case. She says "However, I have one question for Congress and for George Bush, though: Why does Terry Schiavo deserve to live more than my son, Spc. Casey Austin Sheehan? Casey was misused and abused by his Commander-in-Chief and executive branch that boldly lied to the American public and the less gullible citizens of other countries about the reasons for the invasion of Iraq." MORON ALERT! Schiavo has no more "Right" to life than her son. Her son has the right to enlist, yada yada we covered this already.
What we have not covered is Bush's thought process when he sent the troops out.
We will start with the intelligence from the US, and other countries that said Saddam Hussein, then dictator of Iraq, was building WMDs (Weapons of Mass Destruction) and that he was going to use them on the US. I think the best logic for making a decision about what do would best be thought of this way(link to the actual article by Walter Williams who came up with this Idea). There are two errors, Type 1 and Type 2. Here are some examples
Type 2: We get intelligence that Saddam is building WMDs and might have them. We do nothing. Turns out Saddam has WMDs. Saddam fires Nukes, Bio-Chem weapons and everything he has at the US. We suffer mass casualties.
Type 1: We get intelligence that Saddam is building WMDs and might have them. We send in the Armed Forces and take him out. Turns out, after the fact, Saddam did not have any WMDs like we thought. The country is safe.

Which would you pick?

Facts of Freedom

The Buzz lately has not been about Jordanians firring missiles at our ships in Aquba. The buzz has been about a lady who lost her son in the Iraq war; who is now sitting outside of Pres. Bush's Crawford, Texas ranch. In my view she has experienced something no person should ever have to experience, burying her own child. However, what she thinks is the right thing to do is actually a disgrace top all who have lost children in Iraq. She is protesting the war by using her sons death to put the president in an awkward situation. The problem is, the Liberals( you know who they are) are using this as a way to "catch" President Bush and drag the war through the mud. There are tens of thousands of people who have lost children to this war and if you ask any of them if they wished their children hadn't died they would tell you yes because no one wants to bury their own child but if you ask them if they are bit proud of their child for serving his country and making the ultimate sacrifice, the answer you should get is, Yes. The cause of freedom is one not easily defended; over the course of our nations history Millions of Americans have given their lives to the cause of freedom and that is the only reason we as a country are still helping nations like Iraq and Afghanistan. I am not attacking people who feel pain when they find out their child has lost his life in the line of duty. I am not against Mrs. Sheehan because, as far as anyone can tell, she is being misled by the Anti-War freaks into making this a big deal. You have to keep in mind, this lady is very confused by this because she is emotionally gone hay-wire and the Libs are using it to their advantage.

As a closing note, Millions of Americans lost their lives in WWII, and yet they kept fighting for the same reason we are fighting today: To protect Freedom and to save Innocent lives from the likes of Saddam, Hitler, Stalin, The Taliban, Tojo. The list goes on, and hopefully it will continue on until all country's are free.

Well folks, I think most of America is about ready to jump off the deep end because of great news broadcasters like ABC Nightline. In tonight's episode of Nightline they will be interviewing non-other than the most wanted terrorist in Russia, Shamil Basayev, the person who coordinated the School kidnappings and many other deadly attacks in Russia. ABC is interviewing a man with $10 million ridding on his head. I am surprised that ABC didn't turn him in after the interview (oh but we have to be nice to our sources, it would be against the "code of journalism", according to Judith Miller. National security doesn't mean a thing to these people.) because they will need that money when no-one wants to watch ABC (Which stands for Anti-American Broadcasting Company by the way).
Apparently this is a big story for them because it is all over ABC's Nightline site. The interesting thing about this is, according to Yahoo news, a Russian reporter, Andrei Babitsky, is conducting the interview. I would think that any self-respecting Russian would shoot this man on site(if they had a gun).
Here is an interesting finding from Babisky "Basayev, who has a $10 million bounty on his head and rarely speaks to journalists, was interviewed in his Chechen hideout by Babitsky, who said the rebels live in primitive conditions, eating mainly "instant soups and canned food" and sleeping on barren ground." (Poor guys, we should send them some care packages) Here is something else from the Yahoo report "Basayev claimed responsibility for the 2004 school attack in which gunmen held more than 1,000 hostages for nearly three days in the Russian town of Beslan. The raid ended in gunfire and explosions, killing more 330 people, mostly children."It's not the children who are responsible," Basayev said. But he added: "Responsibility is with the whole Russian nation... If the war doesn't come to each of them individually, it will never stop in Chechnya." Spoken like a true terrorist.
On another note, the Kremlin was outraged that something like this happened here is what they said. "The interview "runs counter to the spirit of Russian-American partnership in our joint fight against the global threat of terrorism," said the Russian statement, also broadcast by "Nightline." The Russians would give ten thousand dollars to find this guy and some ABC news guy walks in there and conducts an interview with him. I think Bin Laden is up for next weeks show.
Terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan are probably going to be encouraged by this because, our news agencies are showing sympathy for the the terrorists. Which is not good, because the get enough inspiration to blow themselves up with all of those wacko clerics they have preaching over there.

Ladys and gentlemen, the city of London, as I am sure you have heard, was bombed or an attempt was made to bomb London. It is still in the minds of most Londoner the attacks of July 7th and now they have been the target yet again of the Terrorist Beehive. The United Kingdom could not be run better than it is with Tony Blair and John Howard. Tony Blair as you may know is the PM of Great Britain, and John Howard is the PM of Australia, both of these guys know how to handle terrorism, Australia has been under attack ever since they liberated East Timor, much like we are doing in Iraq. Blair is also a strong leader who has been Pres. Bushes strongest ally.
Yesterday, in the wake of the attacks, Tony Blair and John Howard held a joint press conference, and both of them came out and told the truth, here is a piece of what John Howard said; "On the issue of the policies of my government and indeed the policies of the British and American governments on Iraq that the first point of reference is, once a country allows its foreign policy to be determined by terrorism, it's given the game away to use a vernacular. And no Australian government that I lead will ever have policies determined by terrorism or terrorist threats. And no self-respecting government of any political stripe in Australia would allow that to happen. Can I remind you that the murder of 88 Australians in Bali took place before the operation in Iraq. And can I remind you that the 11th of September occurred before the operation in Iraq. Can I also remind you that the very first occasion that bin Laden specifically referred to Australia was in the context of Australia's involvement in liberating the people of East Timor. Are people, by implication, suggesting we shouldn't have done that? When a group claimed responsibility on the website for the attacks on the 7th of July, they talked about British policy, not just in Iraq, but Afghanistan. Are people suggesting we shouldn't be in Afghanistan? When Sergio de Mello was murdered in Iraq, a brave man, a distinguished international diplomat, a person immensely respected for his work in the United Nations, when Al-Qaeda gloated about that, they referred specifically to the role that de Mello had carried out in East Timor because he was the United Nations administrator in East Timor. Now, I don't know the mind of the terrorist. By definition, you can't put yourself in the mind of a successful suicide bomber. I can only look at objective facts are, and the objective facts are as I've cited, the objective evidence is that Australia was a terrorist target long before the operation in Iraq. And, indeed, all the evidence, as distinct from the suppositions, suggests to me that this is about hatred of a way of life; this is about the perverted use of the principles of a great world religion that, at its root, preaches peace and cooperation. And I think we lose sight of the challenge we have if we allow ourselves to see these attacks in the context of particular circumstances rather than the abuse, through a perverted ideology, of people and their murder."
This is, in my mind, a quote that should go down in history because he is telling the liberal media that, no it is not the fault of Government policy that these jihadists are blowing themselves up.
To give you an idea what kind of brought this on is Prime Minister Blairs remarks; "What these people are trying to do, whoever is responsible for this latest incident and that is to intimidate people, to scare them, to frighten them, to stop them going about their normal business. Obviously people will be concerned and anxious. Of course they will. That is why it is important to give as much information as we can. But on the other hand, it is important also that we respond by keeping to our normal lives and doing what we want to do because to do otherwise is, in a sense, to give them the very thing they are looking for. " This is biblical, by the way. Now comes the interesting part, some critish chick reporter stands up and asks; "Do you feel that in a sense your policies may have put people in this position? " and here is what Blair said; "Well, I think I said to you before, that I feel that people who are responsible for doing these things are the people who do them. "
So this gives you an example of what kind of leaders we have as allies and what kind of media we have in those country, the same kind we have here. Let me give you an example. here is a quote from CNN correspondent Christiane Amanpour; "This is almost identical to what happened two weeks ago. Yet, nowhere near as serious, and the police are saying now, even Blair, that this is obviously an attempt at simultaneous explosions. They went off pretty much simultaneously, but some of the devices didn't work properly. How is it possible? I mean, is it, do you think it is the same kind of people? Or, or, what kind of people would not be able to get four devices to explode? " Enough said. What the heck?!.
I have one more thing to say before I go. When you go out into your backyard and there is a Beehive, you ugh take it out before some of your kids get hurt. In the process of getting that beehive out, you yourself might get stung. The bees in the hive are not just going to sit around and let you take them out, they are going to do everything they can to stop you.

I think Bush has picked a nominee that he will go down in history as being the one who picked him, him being the newest member of the United States supreme Court, judge John Roberts. Roberts is an Interesting pick because he is the one most people did not expect. The Dems wanted a Women to replace O'Connor(They were hoping for another O'Connor really) the rest of the country figured on a Minority judge, a Hispanic, African American, or maybe a Women (Or Maybe the three together). I think made a wise decision which I will predict is going to draw a lot of controversy in the Senate. Sen. Shummer has already started his attacks against the Nominee, by coming out and saying the Roberts should answer all of the questions concerning his legal views asked, because he only served as a Federal Court Judge for 2 years and as a practicing lawyer his views would not be as clear to others in the senate. You have to note, Durbin and Schumer, as far as I can find out, both voted against Roberts when he was up for confirmation in 2003. Another report to note, according to the Puerto Rico Harold, Roberts was nominated in 1992 by G. H. W. Bush and was not confirmed until May 8 2003.

In the Anti-American Lefts vast campaign of atacking our country's Republican Government they are attacking our troops as well. I don't understand how they could compare our troops to the war machine of German empire in the early 1920S and 1940S. If the Left is going to continue to ridicule our troops with Stupid and uninformed allegations then we should put them in jail for treason. It says in Section 3, of Article 3 in the United States Constitution that "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court." I think what the Dems have done is levy war against us. They have made statements such as the Koran Flushing allegation that riled up all of the insurgents and caused them to riot and blow people up as much as they could. Here is a story from the American Thinker about an incident that happened in Iraq.
No, they do not behave in a manner at all reminiscnet of Nazis, no matter what Senator Durbin says. Consider Army Pfc. Stephen Tschiderer:
During a routine patrol in Baghdad June 2, Army Pfc. Stephen Tschiderer, a medic, was shot in the chest by an enemy sniper, hiding in a van just 75 yards away. The incident was filmed by the insurgents.
Tschiderer, with E Troop, 101st “Saber” Cavalry Division, attached to 3rd Battalion, 156th Infantry Regiment, 256th Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, was knocked to the ground from the impact, but he popped right back up, took cover and located the enemy’s position.
After tracking down the now-wounded sniper with a team from B Company, 4th Battalion, 1st Iraqi Army Brigade, Tschiderer secured the terrorist with a pair of handcuffs and gave medical aid to the terrorist who’d tried to kill him just minutes before.

One scandal gets cleared up (Watergate) and the Dems are out to get revenge. They have everything setup except for one thing, they forgot to think. I am not trying to say that these people are not intelligent, I am saying that they are not thinking at all, especially Joe Wilson.
Here are some interesting facts.
1) Joe Wilson was sent on two missions to Niger by the CIA, one in 1999 and another in 2002.
2) While he may think other wise, his wife(Valarie Plame) was the one in the CIA who suggested him for these assignments. (Oh and By the way, Valarie Plame is a CPD not a CIA agent, in other words, she works at a desk in CIA headquarters.)
3) Joe Wilson has said on various occasions (Like when the senate wouldn't believe him) that he used some "Literary flare" in his book and reports, and also interviews.
4) The Entire Senate Committee of Intelligence voted Unanimously(9 Rep. 8 Dems. including Richard Durbin, Barbara Muluskie and John Edwards) that Wilson's report not only did not prove his point but it also proved that the Original report was true.
What Joe Wilson is trying to do, with the help of the New York Times and Robert Novak, is get Bush in a position were he has to fire his top adviser Karl Rover. Karl Rover is the man the ultimately got Bush the Presidency. It would be a huge loss to the Administration if they got Rove fired, because Bush has said "Whoever Leaked this information should be Fired". I do not think that Bush is going to have to fire Rove. Why? Because Rove did not break the law like Joe Wilson thinks he did. Rove named the wife of Joe Wilson, Valarie Plame, as "Working for the CIA". It is against the law in this country to reveal the name of a Current or retired CIA covert operative. Ms. Plame would clearly not qualify to this because she is a CPD(CIA Counter proliferation Division). Wilson and the Dems have a plan, it is not going to work, mostly because the democratic party is to worried about taking out the Republicans that they are not working 24-7 t o win elections and be smart political. If you lick hard the Dems are not on top of current affairs, Kerry reminded us that some dems don't even know stuff that they did.

War?

With the retirement of at least one Supreme Court Justice our President is going to have to pick some one to fill her shoes. As you all probably know from reading earlier posts, the Dems have discovered a new weapon; the Filibuster. They have discovered that, they can indeed control something in the seemingly all Republican Senate. The problem for Republicans is stopping this. Democrats are already declaring war over whoever it is that bush picks to fill the vacancy. They don't even know who it is yet but they are against them 100%. I have said this once before and I am going to say it know, Bill Frist, the Senate majority leader, should have done something about the filibuster earlier when we were fighting over John Bolton and some circuit court Judges. Now we are faced with political war with the Dems over this Supreme Court Judge Nominee (Whoever it is going to be, they dont really care). I think that the Senate should do this; get a bill through congress that says "Any Nomination gets first priority in the Senate" in other words, if there is a nominee, the senate will vote over the Justices on a set date, most likely set by the President. On the set date they Senate may debate over the Judges and then on day two they will vote first thing in the morning. If all the Dems are doing is holding the floor until the GOPs get tired of hearing it, and they get up and leave,, like in Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, we should be able to get some legislation pased that still allows the senators their rights to hold the floor but still allows the Republicans or the Majority for that matter, to get some people put on the bench.

There have been many things to think about on this July 4th Weekend, things like Justice Sandra Day O’Conner retiring from the Supreme court after 24 years. Another thing one cannot over look is the Live 8 concerts which, in my honest opinion is a good show, but that is it. I did not watch the complete concert that was aired on Anti-American Broadcasting Company, some of you call it ABC, but I watched enough of it to see their Live 8 with the 8 being inside the content of Africa and all of the different color hands reaching up. I turned it off after they showed it the second time. I saw some good music though. The whole idea that we can fight poverty by throwing money at Africa is a bad one. We have tried things like the Live 8 before with Farm Aid and other such concerts that raise money for impoverished nations and such but they never worked. Look at it this way, If you give $10,000 to an African Tribesman who has probably seen no more money than ten dollars in his life, he will blow it very fast because after all, he is rich from his stand point. Another viewpoint is handing $10K to a African crack user or drug importer, hey he can buy a lot of crack for that and help that business thrive in Africa. But what generally happens is this. Dictators will get that money and they will use it to buy themselves new castles and build up Nukes, Which is exactly what happened in the Iraq Oil for Food program. ?????. We are helping the dictators of this world out by giving them money. The Europeans are begging we, the Americans, (Isn’t that strange? they want us to give money but that is all they think we are good for. they sure don’t want us to actually do something about the problem) to give up the money to pay for this stuff, and to cancel debts that are owed. The overall debt for that is owed by the African Continent comes to about $220 Billion. If the United States got hold of that kind of money that would pay for the entire Afghanistan and Iraq war as well as keeping our borders defended. Yet almost all of Europe wants us to give and not want any kind of repayment. That is going to run up our own debt. I am sorry but that is wrong, If I were the U.S going into the G8 summit in a couple of weeks I would say, "what the heck are you talking about? you guys helped run us into debt with this nonsense about throwing our money to Africa and now you want us to forget about it and start all over because the last times didn’t work." What Africa needs is a Revival and a few United Stats to pop up. Granted that a revival and a democratic republic government would need outside help in getting started but I would say, "Would you rather spend money now in fixing the problem or would you like to spend money for a few decades doing nothing?” If we spent this Live 8 money on missionaries we could really help that country, because there are tribes in the middle of the Congo who own all of their land, which is loaded with Gold and Diamond mines that they don’t know what the heck to do with except make jewelry to give to their wives.
Why not give it a try? Nothing else that they have tried has worked

Seperation of Church and State: Part 2

As you all may know, the United States Supreme Court is meeting for the last time today before adjourning for three months. Because of this the judges are bringing around all of the most important cases that they have read to bring under full court review. These cases would be ones such as: whether or not a defendant who is without bail should appear before the court in chains, if the Ten Commandments should be displayed in court rooms and/or government buildings and many other cases. The one case I want to focus on is the Ten Commandments issue. The court has already ruled on this and you can read the court dockets on the case, which I think are pretty cool. As you will read, the court ultimately says that the Ten Commandments inside a courtroom such as the Supreme Court violated the First Amendment, otherwise known as the Separation of Church and State amendment. The court also said that a Public Display of the Ten Commandments on capitol ground, in other words a monument, was constitutional.
On top of this Chief Justice Rhenquist did not resign his seat even though he has been plagued by Thyroid Cancer and has not been able to talk because of a tube inserted down his throat, which allows him to breathe.

Seperation of Church and State: Part 1

Something that has been eating at me for the past couple of days, has been the so-called separation of church and state in our country. I had an interesting thought last night; our country is ultimately turning Atheistic. It supports atheism. By taking anything that has God in it and not allowing prayers to God or Bible reading in Public places, our country has become Atheistic. Interesting thought is it not? The other problem I have is the fact that people are not doing something. This country was founded by men who understood that having a State Religion was not going to be good for this country. By the way, a State Religion is a religion or Church that is supported by the government and people are usually forced to Tithe to that church regardless of if they go to the church or not. A good example of a State Religion is The Church of England. The people of this country are allowing a weed to grow that not many people will want when it becomes full grown. The founders of this country, founded it on the grounds that, 1) no one person will control the government. 2) That people would not be forced into any Religion. 3) That all would be free to do as they pleased under the law. Pretty simple huh?
By making prayer and any other Christian activities prohibited in Public Schools, which is another one of that department’s problem, is turning the children into atheists like our government. According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary Atheism means, "Ungodliness or wickedness. A disbelief in a Deity. The doctrine that there is no deity." I will go ahead and fill you in. Our country is interpreting the Constitution; they think it means that there cant be any religion associated with the U.S government or government run schools or businesses. Judicial Tyranny; Congressional Laziness

I have covered Judicial Tyranny on this site, but what I have come to find is that, the judges are wrong in what the yare doing, but congress is even more in the wrong, why, because they are NOT doing something. In my opinion doing something (Wrong) is wrong but being able and capable to stop that wrong and not doing it is worse than committing the wrong itself.
Let me tell you what is going on. The United States has been voting in more Republicans into the House and Senate than Democrats for the last six elections. What have we gotten done in those last six terms? What legislation have we, the Republican Party done with the overwhelming majority that we have had? That is the problem, we have the power to do something about the Borders, and we have the power to impeach these Liberal Judges but we aren’t. Aside from all of that we have another problem, confirming judicial nominees and other nominees that are being filibustered. If you were to ask a democrat Senator he would tell you that they were not filibustering anyone they just haven’t voted for confirmation yet. I like the way Bill Frist, the Senate Majority leader, has been handling this up to a point, I think that we should have called out the Democrats on this along time ago. Why? Because we have the MAJORITY we can and will win all we have to do is start that battle so we can win. We need to have someone come into this Congress and take charge and "Just Do It".
Before I go I will let you guys who probably haven’t heard, Janice Rogers Brown was confirmed yesterday. The thing is, almost no body knows this because of our news media.

We all new it, but the media has ignored it. Yesterday as I was listening to Rush Limbaugh, he mentioned that a Senate Committee had found documents that showed how Saddam Hussein bribed a certain British Minister and a certain French minister with millions of barrels of oil. The British minister, is a chap named George Galloway, who is a MP (Member of Parliment, the equivalent of a representative from the House), the Frenchman is Charles Pasque. May I remind you he is FRENCH. This could be the start of an investigation because this cannot be the only Frenchman taking Kickbacks, considering the French opposition to the war with Iraq. An interesting thing about this British chap, he is coming to America, and testify in his own defense before the Senate. One more interesting thought on this matter; were is the American Press? I was looking on Yahoo! This morning and, as a habit I will scroll down to the bottom were it lists the Yahoo sites for other countries. I usually click on the U.K. and Ireland link. Believe it or not, that is were I found this story. Why is the media of our great country avoiding this subject? I will tell you why, because this means that Bush and the Republican Party were right after all, Shock. It also means that their over-exalted Democratic party is wrong. I tell you what, it is a sad time for Democrats, not only has their biggest accusation against the Republican Party gone down the drain, but the Clintons are going down the drain also. We might know a little about the Rosen trial, if you listened to Rush yesterday. David Rosen is the Bookkeeper for the Clinton Campaign. What happened was, The Clintons had a large fundraiser in which they had invited more big wigs then you had ever seen. The problem for the Clinton campaign, however, was that they had to pay for all of the private Jets that most of the people they invited flew in on. They also had to pay for hotels and limos I am sure. The race for this senate seat had been proclaimed a hard money only campaign, which means they had to do a lot of campaigning to gain the private donations, which had to be to a candidate not a certain party, which means that Michael Moore and his fat donations to the Democrat party, could not be spent in this Senate race. Both campaigners agreed to this. The trail, which started Wednesday, is being precided by a CLINTON APPIONTEE. I don’t know about you but if I were the prosecution in this case I would ask for a mistrial because this Judge is obviously Bias. I say this because before the opening statements, this Judge came out and said that the Clintons were to be left out of this. ??????. The Defense has all ready-got Bill Clinton ready to Testify. How can we leave the Clintons out of this when it is Hillary's Accountant and Bill is going to Testify? This leads me back to my original point, Can you find this at CNN.com or MSNBC.com. Could it be that the Clintons have finally met their End. A quick history fact, Al Capone met his end, not to the Untouchables, but to the IRS for Tax evasion.

Lets talk about some facts before we start with my opinion. The fact is, gas prices in America are the highest they have ever been. We might notice that OPEC has increased its production, just like President Bush begged them to, so prices are going slightly down. That’s not the problem it is one of a few minor problems, the real problem is the fact that we, The United States, have not built a refinery in over twenty years. Refineries are were we take the crude oil and refine it into Petroleum. Some of you who are reading this might be wondering, why haven’t we built one in twenty years. The reason is because of the Tree-Huggers, who are still in the Dark Age when it comes to refineries and how far they have come in the resent century, because when we were building them, refineries put out a lot of pollution. What we really need to do is look at Mexico, the land of cheep. All we need to do, and it is all ready being done by Texico-Cheron, is build refineries down there in the middle of the desert, and get a bunch of Mexicans to work in them. With that in place, the government wont have to worry about the environmentalist wakos, and we will not have to spend that much on Labor or land.

Here we go. If any of you who are reading this live in the Atlanta area, do not turn on 750 WSB any time near 7:00. If you do just to see what happens, you will hear the worst Republican Talk show host ever. Michael Savage is the worst; he does not allow almost any of his callers disagree with him. I cannot begin to talk about some of the things he has called people that call his show. If you take a stand against him, he will attack you personally, yes, Personally. He wont debate you on the issue he will attack you as a person. I think that anything he has to say is not the news; it is the news that he has distorted to fit his personal opinions. Another radio wave problem in the Metro Atlanta area is the Talk show host who comes on after Rush Limbaugh on Braves Radio 640, The Kimmer. Monday Governor Purdue, one of the best governors in a while for Georgia, signed a law making Georgia a smoke free state in public restaurants and other public places. The Kimmer said on his program that the only place you could smoke now was in the bathroom of your own home as long as you had a fan and you had a sticker that said you were a smoker. The truth, I think not. If you listen to his show you will hear a lot of bad jokes and dirty humor that should not be on public radio. The problem is, from 3:00 to 4:00 there is nothing on talk radio worth listening to. You have the Kimmer on 640 and you have Clark Howard on 750. Clark Howard is O.K I just don’t like listening to his program, because it is all consumer advice, no talk radio at all. We either need more Rush Limbaugh, or we could go get somebody else. Me, I think it would be wise to get somebody from WGKA Atlanta/ 920 AM. Personaly I would like to see either Bill Bennett or Laura Ingraham. Until that happens, I would encourage you to listen to WGKA 920 if you drive through Atlanta.

Judiciary Tyranny

First it was the Under God suit now it is a disabled womens life. When wil the people of america stop these judges from ruleing unjustly on the issues that are put before them. The real reson, I think, that led up to Terri Schiavo's death was because of the judicial rullings of Judge Greer and the 11th circut court of appeals. I think that the judiciary system is so corrupt that it completely blew off the Fifth Amendment, which says that we all, as American citizens, have the right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness and these rights cannot be taken away without due process of the law. I really think that this con that is Terri Schiavo’s husband is getting by with a great injustice in a court system that has no right to remove that feeding tube. In other words this is another case of the Judges ruling from the bench, again. The bad thing about this is not just that this women was killed perhaps unjustly and that the Judiciary branch is getting out of hand and is turning into a huge weed that is going to keep sucking the life out of this government until somebody does something about it. In reality this whole thing might have been stopped if we could have done something about the judges in the “Under God” lawsuit.
